Prawns with coriander-lime dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup coriander
- 2 limes, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 12 king prawns, with or without tail (6-8 pieces)

Prepare the shrimp. Cut off the head and remove the intestines. Leave the tail on the body. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.
- STEP 2
Blend cilantro, lime juice, salt, garlic powder and olive oil in a food processor until smooth, then pour into a bowl.
- STEP 3
Add the shrimp and mix until all the shrimp are well coated.
- STEP 4
Place the crisper plate into the basket of the air fryer.
- STEP 5
Select the grill function, set the temperature to 200 °C, set the time to 8 minutes and then tap Start/Pause.
- STEP 6
When the prawns are ready, remove them and serve. Serve the coriander-lime dip separately for each person at the table to adjust the spiciness and flavor.
